A year of partner content for a premium delivery brand.
01 The brief
Zapp's mission is to transform the premium end of convenience retail, and they were backed on the journey by serious investment including Lewis Hamilton and Lightspeed. They promised to deliver everything from cold champagne and caviar to organic vegetables and bone broth, to those who just couldn't exist another moment without.
Alongside the headline brand work and commercial partnerships with Chelsea FC and Hamilton's dog Roscoe, they needed a steady stream of organic social content that made each brand partnership into a reason to stop scrolling. That was us.
02 What we did
We developed a rolling programme built around Zapp's partnerships and the ever so busy social calendars of their customers. Wine tastings with Nouveau, a day on the farm at Daylesford, an Easter egg hunt around London with a chocolatier, a Halloween makeup session with luxury beauty service Ruuby. Each was a small production in its own right with video and stills, shot and turned around double time to feed the ever-hungry social media monster. We provided a reliable stream of content that kept the brand present, partner by partner, month after month.
03 The result
Posts drove a median uplift of around 200% in activity in the days after they landed, with the goal of app installs and engagement always in sight. Here and there the activity delivered massively above expectation - a competition with England and Chelsea star Fran Kirby during the World Cup giving away a £7,000 bottle of 1966 Richebourg from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, for example. With a steady body of work we ensured the brand was present and visible - the partner Zapp leaned on to keep its social calendar alive all through the year.
